Kit:
Always wear wensible sports clothes relating to the weather and temperature
Tracksuit Bottoms (not dragging on the floor)
Skirt / Shorts
Polo Shirt or T-Shirt
Sweatshirt (You must always bring something warm to put on at the end of a session)
Lightweight Waterproof
Trainers that can be done up tightly to protect ankles etc.
No watches or jewellery (including studs)
Hair tied up and off the face
Drink (nothing fizzy, preferably water)
